}Start connecting a messaging channel
Returns a link that finishes the connection within 15 minutes: a Telegram link that opens the Cool Computers bot, the Slack page that installs the Cool Computers app, or a WhatsApp link to the Cool Computers number with a one-time code to send. WhatsApp only accepts replies within 24 hours of the person’s last message; a later answer is only in the chat in the browser. A Slack install finishes in a browser signed in to the account that started it; a browser signed out is asked to sign in first. Starting again replaces a link still pending. Finishing a link replaces the account’s existing connection on that provider: earlier chats stay, answers not yet sent there are dropped, and the next message starts a new chat. Callers: the account owner, with the browser session, a user API key or an access token; organization API keys are refused, as for starting a chat.
