}Record a step of the comment funnel
The comment layer’s count of who starts a comment and who signs in to post one, for analytics only; it never carries words, names or emails. Allowed for whoever may read the board: the owner, anyone the computer is shared with and, when it is public, any signed-in person, and a request with no credential at all on a public computer, as a signed-out visitor; a private computer answers anyone else 404. A signed-out step names the browser tab by visitor; signed in, signed_in with that visitor joins the tab’s earlier steps to the account. A refused body says what is accepted in its resolution.
