}Download an operator attachment
Returns an attachment’s stored bytes: anyone in the account once a message used it, and only its uploader while it is a draft. Images and videos are served inline and answer Range requests; text files download. The ETag is the bytes’ SHA-256. The response is Cache-Control: private, no-cache, so a browser revalidates every use with If-None-Match and a matching ETag answers 304 while the caller may still read the attachment; it carries Content-Security-Policy: sandbox and X-Content-Type-Options: nosniff. Callers: the account owner with a browser session, user API key, user access token, claimed agent access token, or MCP token; organization API keys are refused.
